"A STONEPARK FILM"
When those three words pierce the inky darkness of a theater, it signals the collaborative spirit of like-minded artists who have come together to realize a singular passion for telling compelling stories on screen.
Employing a global network of talented artists, StonePark is capable of taking films from development all the way to distribution, spanning every phase of production entirely in-house.
Crafting a strong script as a blueprint for production is essential,
enabling our team to then build upon that solid foundation with conceptual designs and visualizations that pave the way for set construction and, ultimately, principal photography. From there, we oversee editing, visual effects, and sound design, assembling all
the pieces to create a stirring narrative.
It's our belief that a powerful film with ambitious scope shouldn't have to be produced within the traditional "box" that is Hollywood. And we're going to prove it.
COMPANY VISION
StonePark is focused on becoming the largest motion picture production company on the East Coast, handling design, production, and distribution of top quality films all under one roof.
THE FOUNDERS
With individual strengths that perfectly complement one another, coupled with a mutual love of writing, David A. Melendez and Michael DeVita encourage StonePark's community of artists to succeed by
seizing the same principles of collaborative teamwork that have led two childhood friends to work together in numerous successful ventures and never let their dream of filmmaking slip from sight.

David A. Melendez - Co-CEO
Adept at implementing complex business strategies, David served for ten years as CEO of a real estate development firm he founded. His ability to maintain the flexibility needed to nimbly alter course when necessary led him to weather the real estate
crisis.
That experience has helped immensely in his pursuit to make films. “A lot of the real estate practices I learned—managing crews, negotiating
deals, construction—apply directly to moviemaking,” he says. “I have a great deal of respect for real estate. It’s allowed me to finance our films and other ventures.”
Although he’s fervent about the artistry of filmmaking, he also maintains a
practical perspective. “It’s extremely important that StonePark is a financial success,” he says. “The goal is to build a strong infrastructure, providing jobs and opportunities for others, while positively contributing to the economy.”
A mentor
and leader in the D.C. film and entertainment community, he sits on the board of directors of the DC Independent Film Festival as vice chair. He is also an avid crypto investor.
David acts as strategist and producer at StonePark.
Michael DeVita - Co-CEO
Recognized as a stunning visualist and innovator, Michael is an award-winning filmmaker who boasts a deep range of skills that span writing, directing, editing, engineering, visual effects, and 3-D design.
He oversees StonePark’s in-house post-production facility, and has utilized his technical prowess to found SP Mechanics, where he designs and develops proprietary camera stabilizers.
In fact, others have observed that his own personal mantra
should be, “If I don’t have it or it doesn’t exist, I’ll just build it”—a tendancy that has been in play since childhood. “When I was eight, my dad brought home this VHS camcorder,” he says. “I did in-camera visual effects and stop motion. I’d strap
it to my Big Wheel and build underwater cases. I pushed that camera to its absolute limit.”
If his successes share a single common trait, it’s focused precision. At the outset of a project, he always works hard to study and distill its most vital
component, then builds from there. In the case of filmmaking, that’s story. “It’s everything,” he says. “I don’t care how much money you pump into a film—bad script, bad film.
Michael acts as innovator and director at StonePark.

Getting films produced and distributed, while maintaining creative control is one of the hardest obstacles for an independent production.
Producers don’t have the capital nor resources to develop projects, investors don’t understand how the money is spent and studios are forced guess what projects are marketable.
Book adaptations, remakes and brand names are the crux of the movie system. But what if screenwriters, artists, producers, directors, actors, investors and movie fans all over the world come together on a project?
They would create a movie with a built-in fan base – cutting the “guessing” part out.
DrawBridge Live will revolutionize the way films are developed, produced and distributed. By connecting filmmaker, fan, investor and studio –
the platform serves as a conduit between parties allowing all the steps of the movie making process to become more accessible, transparent and efficient. Utilizing smart contracts via blockchain technology –
DrawBridge Live will document all content, connections and contributions ensuring zero discrepancies between parties. Projects on the platform will have access to a studio and distribution channels via StonePark Productions, StonePark
Studios and/or other studios and distribution companies that want to participate. The mission is to DREAM – BUILD – CONNECT; providing visual content the world wants to see.

At StonePark, we strive to bring the highest production values to visual mediums, and that’s the reason we’re now offering our world class team of artists to produce conceptual designs for production houses of all sizes.
It starts with a vital question to our clients: “What do you want this scene to convey to an audience?” That’s because concept art is essential in not only establishing the mood and lighting of key scenes, but also shaping an entire production.
Under the guidance of award-winning creative director Michael DeVita, our artists will work with you from sketches to rough compositions to final render, striving to bring a single collective vision to your project.

Memorable characters make great stories. They’re the gatekeepers who allow entry to your audience. Character exploration begins with simple sketches aimed at developing proportion and clothing design. For CGI characters, our artists will design
a “Mood Spread,” demonstrating the multiple facial expressions a character is capable of conveying. Clothing details, textures, and props are then incorporated. This could include anything from jewelry to weapons. We also offer our clients
a “Positions Spread,” a tool that shows the character in multiple dynamic positions.
The first step to keyframe and environmental shots is determining the message being conveyed to an audience. Once this is established, multiple sketch compositions are created. When a design is locked down, our artists block in lighting and mood, where
multiple color palettes are presented. We consider lighting and color extremely important, as it can be used to establish the entire look of the production. Next, our artists add details that make the scene pop before final render. As with all concept art,
the level ofdetail can vary from quick sketch to photorealistic, depending on time and budget.
Before making a vehicle or any mechanical device look top-notch, we need to make sure its functionality is logical. Its mechanics and technology need towork in the real world, to ensure we’re producing a product that’s both convincing and feasible. We’ve
developed underwater crafts, spaceships, futuristic motorcycles, and many more. Vehicle design usually starts with a list of its abilities and the environment it will travel in. From here, we block out designs and color palettes. Our vehicle designs can be
created in full 3D, traditional 2D media, or both.
With proper design of complex props and weapons, film productions can save many hours on prop development and fabrication. Our designs will serve as a blueprint for artists to build in the real world or 3D. Prop design starts in the form of B&W thumbnail
sketches, which saves time and gives the production fresh ideas and a variety of choices. Multiple iterations can be produced from quick color sketches to detailed drawings, as well as blueprint designs filled with measurements. Props and weapons consist
of many items such as shoes, boxes, jars, specialty clothing, future machine guns, 1800s sidearms —virtually anything you can think of.
Black and white storyboards can be useful and aid in production, while more detailed color illustrations can help establish lighting and mood. Working in tandem with environment and keyframe shots, storyboards can help develop the look and feel of the
production. Storyboard development requires our team to work closely with the script, writers, and director to help
convey the vision properly.
In general, our illustrations lean more towards the cartoon/comic book look. If not used specifically for a comic book style, illustrations are a great time-saving tool. Speed sketches can be quickly developed to establish look, mood, and overall feel of
characters and other scene elements. We normally offer this in digital form, but also have the capacity to create in a traditional pencil and ink finish.
We’d love to hear about your upcoming project! Whether it’s in the video game or film space, we’re interested in projects of all sizes and genres. If you’re not quite sure on the direction of your project, let us help. Our art directors can assist you in
steering your ideas through those murky waters of story development.
All projects start with the director’s vision. We ask our clients, “What is this scene trying to convey to its audience?”
The art director and key production personnel will brainstorm with clients before any sketches are commenced. The goal is to bring the team to a central vision. Next, we focus on rough composition of shots, moving back and forth between client and
artist with the purpose of establishing perfect composition.
Concept art will be used to help establish mood and lighting of key scenes. Lighting and color design is a critical step in the process and can help build the entire look and feel of a project. The last step is to produce a final render with all details
in place.

POST-PRODUCTION
Post-production is the point when all the puzzle pieces are assembled into a final, cohesive narrative. Like everything along the way, it entails a tremendous amount of planning, something that begins long before the camera even rolls.
Unlike many independent production companies, StonePark is capable of handling virtually everything in-house, ushering a film all the way through the six major phases of post-production: editing, sound effects, music, visual effects, mixing, and color grading. And we do so with the determination to always keep an audience immersed in the story of the film and not distracted by technicalities.
Below is a look at the expertise provided by StonePark's team of talented artists.
Editorial
VFX
Audio
Color
Editorial
This is the process of taking the raw data handed over by production and turning it into a linier flowing story. Logging dailies, editing dialogue, action and montage sequences into a seamless story is the editor's responsibility and passion. Creating visual tension and rhythm are critical skills an editor must posses. As a full-service production company, we live by those guiding rules. Being involved in every stage of production allows our filmmakers to collaborate with editors to create a single vision.
The seamless edit
A good edit should go completely unnoticed. You could even say an editor's job is thankless. If done correctly you would never even know they were there. This may sound discouraging, but it is what an editor will strive to accomplish. Good edits match eyelines, frame composition, lighting and sound so seamlessly they will go completely unnoticed. This is critical to keeping an audience immersed in the story and not the technicalities that made it.
VFX
Visual effects, in short, are the manipulation of images through practical or digital means to create something that never was or never could be, giving filmmakers the ultimate license to let their imaginations run free.
WHAT ARE VISUAL EFFECTS?
Although the processes have come a long way since the late-1800s when effects were performed primarily in camera, the goal today remains the same: to combine two or more elements of film into a single image. Propelled to new heights in recent decades by pioneering filmmakers like George Lucas and James Cameron, visual effects are now by and large digitally created. It could be something as simple as removing an unwanted sign, or something as complex as constructing the attack of an alien armada.
STONEPARK'S INVOLVEMENT
Our sister company, StonePark Studios, has been designed from the ground up to tackle the rigors of visual effects, melding the skills of artists with the technology required to make their visions a reality. From previsualization, when complex shots are laid out with illustrations and animations, to final compositing, when all the artistry of modelers, motion trackers, matte painters, and lighting technicians are assembled into a single clean shot, we're dedicated to making certain visual effects only serve to enhance the story, not distract from it.
PIPELINE
Audio
The art of sound design.
Often overlooked by filmgoers because, at its very best, it doesn't call attention to itself, good sound design is essential for taking you out of reality and dropping you right in the middle of a cinematic moment.
What is sound to film?
Imagine, if you will, watching your favorite film with no sound. No epic score heralding the hero's arrival. Gun barrels flashing, but no bangs and pops. A Tyrannosaurus rex lurching toward you, but no thumps of its feet. No body-rumbling bass as it roars.
Sound design isn't just about twisting a volume knob. The majority of sounds you hear in a film are added in post-production. Moving feet, gunshots, slamming doors, hissing wind, traffic, even dialogue, and, of course, music all are generated and layered in by artists and engineers who must then match them seamlessly to the images on screen. When done right, the sounds will go completely unnoticed, blending with the visuals and strengthening the storytelling in untold ways.
Our process.
At StonePark, sound is considered fifty percent of a film. The process begins in pre-production, where the aural impact of scenes is determined. That planning is then put into practice during post-production by our full service facility, which includes Foley, effects creation and recording, automated dialogue replacement, and mixing.
Color Grading
Although much of the look and feel of a film is created on set with art direction, lighting, and cinematography, color grading is applied during post-production to give scenes consistency through color correction, as well as communicate atmosphere via artistic coloring effects.
Conveying emotion through the camera lens is one of the pillars of compelling filmmaking. Color grading can emphasize that, not just by enhancing a scene's overall mood, but by also controlling the audience's point of interest, influencing emotional tone by accentuating where the dramatic focus should lie within a frame.
It brings a unified look and feel to scenes, correcting over- and under-exposed shots, repairing shots damaged due to excessive noise, and matching shots that have a variance significant enough to pull one out of the drama of a scene.
StonePark stands by the idea that what you see on the theater screen should be precisely what the director envisioned. That's achieved only through a clear line of communication, one that starts at the very beginning when we work closely with the production team to cut post-production costs by helping design lighting, wardrobe, and sets with a final color strategy in mind.
StonePark is equipped to handle all formats currently available, including 2k, 4k, R3D, DPX, and Open EXR.

STONEPARK'S CONTRIBUTION
The acclaimed One Penny is StonePark's first produced feature film. With a talented production team guided by director Michael DeVita and producer David A. Melendez, and boasting
a cast of eighty-plus actors, the film won fifteen awards on the festival circuit, including multiple Best Feature and Audience Choice awards.
From concept art and mock-up models that not only bring the director's vision to life, but also ensure a level
of preparedness essential to a smooth and on budget shoot, to sound design and visual effects, One Penny aptly demonstrates the full spectrum of StonePark's capabilities. Shot in forty-three days, all aspects of production were
handled in-house.
One large practical set, the homeless village known as Shepherd's Cove, was constructed in rural Maryland, consisting of two hundred makeshift shell homes with three having fully functional interiors. The village was
then extended digitally, one of seventy-six visual effect shots completed by StonePark Studios for the film. Other effects included multiple sign replacements, numerous license plate removals, muzzle flashes, bullet impacts, wire removal, and a
set extension to create a stunning nighttime cityscape.
The film features an original score by composer Danny Gray, with all additional sound design, including sound effects and automated dialogue replacement, completed by StonePark.
Once the film completes its theatrical run, it will be available on iTunes, Amazon, and Blu-Ray January 1st, 2018.

STONEPARK'S CONTRIBUTION
Currently in pre-production, Deor will be StonePark's second feature film developed and produced entirely in-house. Drawing from such inspirations as Seven, True Detective, The Silence of the Lambs, and Split, the project blends all the hallmarks of an intense crime thriller with elements of horror and character-driven drama.
BRINGING THE BEAST TO LIFE
Slated to begin principal photography in summer 2018, StonePark is focused on securing top talent to help bring the world of Deor into terrifying existence.
StonePark's team of designers are busy realizing the film's locations, most notably the fictional small town so essential to the story's core, described in the script as "spawned from the brushstrokes of Thomas Kinkade, his calming, pastoral hues swept across a now-obscured, underlying layer of murky darkness formed from Ivory Black and Burnt Umber. In addition to the town's idyllic Main Street, other set pieces include a claustrophobic underground mine, and the shadow-cloaked woods surrounding the town, where a mysterious evil lurks.
Additionally, the film will feature a seamless mix of practical and visual effects, with StonePark artists already preparing models and miniatures, and a full-featured "creature shop", hard at work creating gruesome, mauled corpses, as well as the film's titular beast, which evolves dramatically in appearance as the story unfolds.

TOKEN PRICE GUIDELINE
Join our token sale incentive program
Day 5 time remaining
TODAY - 950 STONE/ETH
How it works:
Instead of the traditional phase model, STONES are being offered in set quantities for early contributors that use whole ETH amounts. Each day a set number of STONES will be allocated per full ETH contributed. Every day the amount will reduce slightly.
Keep in mind it is completely acceptable to use fractional ETH amounts to acquire STONES, with a minimum of 50 STONES required.
Example 1: On Day 1 of 19 you can
receive 1,000 STONES for a single ETH. Day 2 it will reduce to 975 STONES per ETH. Day 3 950 and so on. You can double up as well, two ETH will get you 2,000 STONES on Day 1 and 1,950 STONES on Day 2.
Lets say you only want to
contribute 0.5 ETH on Day 1. No problem, this will get you STONES current value to ETH at that exact moment.
Example 2: On Day One, 1 STONE = 0.00106 ETH. In this case your
ETH contribution will get you 472 STONES. If you contributed 0.9 ETH you would receive 849 STONES at that current value.
With the incentive program on Day 1 contributing an additional 0.1 ETH would give you a full 1,000 STONES.
See CHART for daily breakdown of STONE allocation.

New to token sales?
Don’t worry – StonePark has you covered!
A token sale - also known as an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) or STO (Security Toekn Offering) is an event where a company sells its own cryptocurrency (tokens) to early participants and enthusiasts such as yourself.
Usually there is a pre-launch or a countdown to when the tokens will be up for sale. During this time the company promotes their project to the world – creating awareness and educating why a project like theirs is needed.
Companies can be in all phases of development – from a concept/idea to already producing product.
The majority of Token Sales raise money via Bitcoin, Ether and other cryptocurrencies. The money raised from the sale of tokens will be used to fund the company’s project. Based on the company’s strategy tokens will have a utility or security value.
In StonePark’s case – token holders (STONE Holders) will have access to both.
STONES will be classified as a security (STO) being registered with the Securities Exchange Commission via "Regulation A". STONES are an investment instrument and will give holders to participate in quarterly profit sharing.
REWARDS will have a utility function (Seen on most ICOs) - where holders will have access to exclusive utilities. Some examples: a behind the scenes tour of a live production, a speaking role in a movie or tickets to a world premiere.
Tokens may have the opportunity to be traded on 3rd party exchanges – this varies from token to token. Similar to stock exchanges, token holders can cash in or trade their tokens.
As a potential participant we suggest you:
Have an invested interest in the industry the company is involved in
Understand the problem the company is solving in the industry and its importance
Believe the company can and will execute their plan of action

CORPORATE WHITEPAPER
In the exciting-rapidly growing cryptocurrency space, Whitepapers are a detailed guide to inform interested parties about a company’s project. It’s a vital part of a company’s Token Sale and you will never see a one without it.
In most cases there is an industry problem that needs to be fixed or corrected. Whitepapers identify that problem and showcase a solution. Filled with research, analytical data, roadmaps, financials, team members and strategies - readers will
develop an understanding of the company and its project.
Sounds a little intimidating, right? Don’t worry, being a movie studio – StonePark prides itself to entertain and have fun! Our whitepaper reads like a script, while being informative and transparent all at once.
Q & A
GENERAL
Why a film studio and blockchain?
Creating a film studio that utilizes blockchain technology will open doors to filmmakers, writers, artists, composers, producers, financiers and likeminded individuals or companies – who want to connect and make a film, tv series or
digital content. It will also connect artist with fan, by allowing the StonePark community to give input, ideas and contributions - building a pedigree for a project before it obtains distribution.
The blockchain will serve as the 1st step to creative independence. Through smart contracts connections and transactions will be recorded giving all parties a piece of mind when sharing their material and forming partnerships.
Creators have the option to make projects on their own, with partnerships or pitch it to StonePark. StonePark will also provide services in development, production, post production and distribution that will be dealt on the blockchain.
Creating an environment that is free from middlemen will make projects move quicker and increase profits – allowing more productions to follow.
Creating an environment that is free from middlemen will make projects move quicker and increase profits – allowing more productions to follow.
When is the token sale and how long will it last?
The sale date will be announced soon. Keep an eye on the countdown clock.
Is registration mandatory to participate in the Token Sale?
Yes, registration will be mandatory for security purposes and to help build a strong community.
Who is the token sale available to?
Contingent on our Reg A approval - STONES will be a registered security filed with the SEC. Stones will be available to all US and non-US participants – Non-US residents must abide to their country's securities laws.
Where can I find more information about the Token Sale?
Please refer to our Corporate Presentation – it will tell you everything you need to know about our token sale.
STONES & REWARDS
What's the difference between STONES and REWARDS?
STONES
Created to BUILD – DREAM – CONNECT. STONES are an investment in StonePark and its platform DrawBridge Live. Once the platform is built, STONE holders will profit share on all projects that meet their funding goals.
STONE holders will receive a percentage of the projects’ budget and will be paid quarterly. There is no cap to how much STONE can earn. The more projects greenlit – the more value a STONE has.
REWARDS
With every STONE purchased REWARDS points will be issued to the holder. REWARDS will be used as a utility such as attending a movie premiere, going behind the scenes on a film set or purchasing merchandise on StonePark
platforms. The utility access will grow as StonePark and DBL grow. REWARDS will also be available for purchase separately after the token sale.
Will there be a Presale?
Yes, one week prior to launch contributors will have the chance to purchase STONES at a discounted price. With each purchase you will also be rewarded additional REWARDS points. Please see the ETH to STONE chart for pricing.
When will the Stones be distributed to purchasers?
4 months after purchase. This will give us time to complete an internal audit.
What is the total supply of Stone tokens available?
The total supply of STONES will be fixed at 250,000,000,000. 50% of those tokens will be offered in the token sale. The remaining 50% will be used to develop the StonePark / DrawBridge Live platform and ecosystem. For more information
please read our Corporate Presentation and terms of sale.
What do you do with remaining STONES?
TBD
Is there a soft/hard cap for the token sale?
No, we have decided to remove caps for this offering.
Will STONES be available on exchanges to trade?
We’re in the process of negotiating and signing agreements. As soon as the token appears on a new exchange, we will notify you via email.
Is there a lockup period for team member STONES?
Yes, team member STONES will become vested 6 months after sale end date.
PURCHASING
How do I purchase STONES and/or REWARDS?
For all purchases create a StonePark account.
STONES
Please take a look at our easy Quick Start User Guide. (Mike make this a link). This guide illustrates step-by-step the process of purchasing STONES.
REWARDS
Can be obtained through multiple methods: 1) Gifted to contributors with purchase of STONES 2) Purchased separately for $0.01 each. 3) Earned through participating in StonePark activities.
REWARDS are a utility and differ from STONES. For detailed information please see our REWARDS program page.
What is the price of a STONE and what currency are you excepting?
The price of STONES will fluctuate during the sale. Early purchasers will get STONES at a lower price - Please see the ETH vs STONE chart for pricing details.
During the sale we will except ETH only.
What is the minimum amount I can buy?
STONES - TBD
REWARDS - TBD
What is the KYC/AML form I’m asked to complete before contributing?
When token sales 1st started there were little to no regulations governing them. This posed a significant threat to buyers and the offering companies. Current regulations have been added for buyers and companies protection.
At StonePark we take buyer security very seriously; as well as being compliant with all governing laws. Regulations have always required the sale of a security to follow certain protocol. This is no different for a token sale.
The KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) forms are used to determine your eligibility to participate in the token sale.
When should I fill out my KYC/AML forms?
KYC/AML checks will be done on all Token purchasers.
We recommend that you complete the AML at least 1 week prior to the sale. AML checks usually come back within seconds. But we recommend doing it in advance in case there are any problems or additional information required.
KYC checks can take up to 4 business days.
